- Upon transition to full-time status, has provided continuous schedule flexibility to meet the customer’s mission requirements. Provides maximum availability in support of war room and debrief which contributes significantly to the Aviano team and our ability to exceed contract expectations.
- One of two CSS’s that supported 323+ missions in fourth quarter 2023 for data transform/set up and 140+ missions for facilitating shot evaluations/debrief.
- Maintained COMSEC account documentation and crypto keys for MIDS-JTRs and 2 SKLs
- Has been familiarizing with the COMSEC account and products to best assist the military appointed account holder with monthly crypto key pick-up, destruction reports, documentation management, SKL maintenance, and inspections as a COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO).
- Discovered an expired GPS key that was critical in the troubleshooting phase and directly led to correcting the discrepancy of the P5 pods.
- Key player in the full tear down, move, and set up of war room technology to new temporary location within a week.
- Completed multiple rounds of troubleshooting and testing to have ICADS and Link-16 BOSS back to functional capabilities.
- Set up 4 computer stations to include NIPR, ICADS, Link-16 BOSS, telephones, and network printer.
- Managed operational functionalities of Link-16 BOSS terminal and 2 laptops.
- Took necessary steps to ensure Link-16 is successfully up and running. This includes daily crypto loading, troubleshooting system connection statuses, and verification of aircraft data.
- Supported 3 weeks of NATO exercise Steadfast Noon in October with 103 missions of facilitating and/or preparing shot evals, completed file transfers, data collection, and data preparation for Dutch, Italian, US naval and air forces.
- Supported 8 missions per day during a week of the Poggio Dart exercise by preparing live data recordings for compiled debriefs.
- Furthering her job knowledge with an enrollment in a CompTIA A+ course.
- Eagerly seeking out opportunities to expand horizons and visit/support other LMOC/P5 sites.
